Using the freshest produce: We use only the highest quality fresh fruits, vegetables, roots and herbs that are in season to make our products. No frozen products, ever.
Ozonizing: All our produce is soaked and cleaned in ozonized water twice prior to juicing to ensure that all chemicals and micro-organisms are removed prior to juicing.
The ozonizing process is one where extra oxygen is added to water making it highly charged and capable of removing all pesticides, herbicides and chemicals on the surface of produce thoroughly and safely.
Adhering to the stringent HACCP standards: We are obsessive in following the Hazard Analysis & Critical Points international standards in all our production processes to prevent biological, chemical and physical hazards from affecting our juices.
Cleaning & Sanitizing: We wash all equipment and utensils in ozonized water after every batch of juice to ensure a fresh clean start to each product. We wash and sanitize our entire production facility twice per day with ozonized water.
Checking for Bacteria: We test critical production equipment and areas associated with our production systems for the presence of bacteria multiple times per week to ensure that our environment is clean, hygienic and bacteria free.
Protected environment: We operate in a clean environment that has restricted access and all employees in our clean production environment wear protective clothing to ensure that the environment is contamination free.
Training: All employees are properly trained in health and hygiene to ensure that the highest quality of juices are made consistently.
